Electrical design-build, restoration, renovation, and conversion of five existing school buildings into a hotel and entertainment facility on a 5.4-acre site, totaling 172,000 square feet. The main building is a brick school building that was built in 1931. The mixed-use buildings include a 72-room hotel, conference center, movie theater, brewery & games room, restaurant, and soaking pool. Now known as McMenamins Anderson School Hotel.
