Sea-Tac Electric has provided electrical design-build services for multiple PCC Community Markets, including the Ballard, Bellevue, Bothell, Burien, Columbia City, Greenlake Village, and West Seattle locations.

With Sea-Tac Electric’s help as a trade partner, PCC Community Markets is the first grocery store in the world to pursue and achieve the Living Building Challenge (LBC) Petal Certification, which is the world’s most rigorous green building standard, on the Ballard, West Seattle, and Bellevue locations.
